Do you have to leave your pride and joy for the season? Need a hand with maintenance? Our staff will maintain and monitor your vessel year round in the Cape Fear region. We can keep her ready for you and your guests. We also offer cruise preparation and provisioning. We will insure she is stored properly during the off season. As an absentee owner you can rest at ease knowing your vessel is being properly looked after.

Available services include but are not limited to:
* Mooring supervision
We will maintain your lines, fenders, shock absorbers,chafe gear and related equipment to guard against
damage.
*Supervision of cleaning, repairs, upgrades,or other vendor services.
We will schedule and meet your vendor or repair
person. We will supervise and report back to you
on the completion and quality of services rendered.
* Hurricane Preparation
Necessary canvass and/or sail removal and stowing.
Relocation.to safe harbor.
Relocation for hauling out and storage.
Placing and securing additional lines, fenders,
and/or shock absorbers to help insure
against damage, if she is being left in a wet
slip during a storm.
Visual inspection immediately after the storm
and status report including pictures if
needed.
